RETURNS At TheWoolCloset, we are dedicated to ensuring your utmost satisfaction with every purchase. However, if for any reason you find the need to return your items, rest assured we’re here to assist you every step of the way.
We gladly accept returns for unworn items still bearing their original tags, and in their original packaging, within 21 days of delivery. Regrettably, we are unable to process returns beyond this timeframe.
Should you return items without their tags, or showing any signs of wear, or if they exceed the 21-day limit, please note that you will be responsible for arranging their return at your own expense.
Customers are kindly asked to cover the return shipping costs and arrange returns with their local courier, preferably using a tracked service like DHL Tracked. While we cannot assume liability for parcels lost during transit, we highly recommend obtaining proof of postage and a tracking number for your return.
To initiate a return, please reach out to us via email at office@thewoolcloset.com, specifying your order number and reason for return. We will promptly provide you with further instructions.
Sale items & shipping costs Please note that sample sale items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. Additionally, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving the return package. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.
Cancellation Due to our made-to-order process, cancellation of orders is not possible if more than 7 days have passed since the purchase, as your items will already be in production.
